Cabins, Trailers, and Tiny Houses
This fast-track solution helps you get the basics up and running in a cabin, trailer, or tiny house.
No more guesswork, wasting money on the wrong equipment, or worrying about safety issues and fire hazards.
You get all these for $3,000:
One medium range, 3000W 120V inverter
One 25.5V, 1.78 kWh cold-temp-rated lithium cobalt battery
One high-quality solar charge controller (SCC)
50’ of cables to connect the solar field and the equipment
All necessary fuses and circuit breakers to ensure safety

Optional diesel air heater add-on:
Heating with an electric heater requires substantially more solar and battery capacity, driving up the cost of an off-grid system. Portable propane heaters are expensive to run, and many aren't suitable for indoor use. The best solution for heating small spaces is a diesel air heater.
For an additional $300, we’ll put in a diesel heater and wire it directly to the solar DC for added safety (so that it doesn’t create a fire hazard if the inverter stops working for any reason).
What if you want to add capacity later?
The modular and expandable system design allows you to easily add more solar panels to increase power production, upgrade inverter capacity to run more appliances, or boost battery capacity to meet nighttime power usage needs — without a system overhaul or extended downtime.
Moreover, we build all our solutions as appliances (i.e., they plug into an outlet and are not hardwired into a structure’s electric circuit). You can unplug the setup from the cabin, trailer, or tiny house and move it anytime without much fuss.
What the package doesn’t include:
We’re not a construction company and don’t provide construction services. You are responsible for building a frame for the solar panels and mounting them before the onsite work begins.
We’re not a licensed electrician company and don’t provide electrical services. We assume your house’s/cabin’s/trailer’s electric circuits are safe and draw a reasonable amount of power.
We don’t provide permitting advice for building and securing the solar panel frame.
